Thomas J. Boyle

President/CEO

Tom Boyle has had more than 25 years of experience in both high-level military service and in developing meaningful business relationships between corporate and government entities.  An OCS graduate, he served as a Special Projects Officer with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and at Joint Special Operations Command at Pope Air Force Base.

In 2008, Mr. Boyle co-founded OnPoint Montana (OPM) LLC with Mr. Ryan Zinke a former colleague from the Special Operations community.  He also cofounded On Point Cyber (OPC) with Mr. Dan Leitner in 2012.  Both businesses focus  on establishing government to government, business to government, and business to business relationships to address capability gaps in support of world wide military and commercial interests. He served as an advisor to multiple corporations working with the Department of Defense (DoD). He was instrumental in enabling the success of USAF Research Laboratory at Eglin AFB, U.S. Special Operations Command, McDill AFB, FL and the U.S. Forest Service in building mutually beneficial relationships through interagency agreements, a very “special and unique relationship” and one of the first of it’s kind.

With Mr. Boyle’s intimate knowledge of military and government cultures, operations in high-risk environments and his high level of business development skill, Mr. Boyle has become an effective liaison between the military, the government and the private sector. He is one of the founding Directors of the Montana Aircraft Systems Center for Remote Integration and serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization Special Operations For America.

Mr. Boyle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Regents University and has an active security clearance.
